G6PD Deficiency: Do Not Eat List

Here are some food items I must avoid. Fava Beans (Broad Beans): Legumes : Legumes in general are g6pd foods to avoid. Like fava beans/broad beans, many other legumes can bring on a hemolytic response. Kidney beans Lima beans Black beans Refried beans Lima beans Kidney beans Soybeans Alfalfa sprouts Peanuts Licorice Carob Peas Lentils Soy Tofu Bean curds Hummus Soy Beans: Food products with soy (a lot of packaged products have it): Miso soup, tofu, soy protein and the countless packaged foods with soy derivatives. Black & Green tea and their extracts Blueberries Bitter Gourd Garden eggs (Eggplant): Sulfites Sulfites can cause hemolysis in G6PD deficient persons. Sulfite foods include very common ones like dried fruits, wine, wine vinegar, pickled foods, shrimp and even trail mix. Many people besides those who have G6PDD have a sulfite sensitivity.  The following foods taken from a WebMD list  of sulfite containing foods and ingredients are good to avoi...

UFO : What we may not know

UFO and the Human Laws of Physics: One of the major outcome of our humanity is our unending ability for hubris. Every generation of humans have pretended to know it all, only to be debunked by a future generation and with each passing, we simply fail to accommodate the notion that we may be only at the fringe of knowledge. That what we know is an unimportant minuscule of the body of knowledge. The things we may not know: 1. The speed of light is not a limiting speed in the universe and beyond (Einstein is wrong) 2. Energy can indeed be both created and destroyed 3. We are surrounded by other intelligent beings we can not simply see 4. The Universe as we know it is a continuous replica of itself (atomic phenomena move in both direction: bigger & smaller) 5. UFOs don't need millions of years to get to earth, it takes them minutes! Well Read this article from yahoo : A UFO at O'Hare? Some pilots thought so The workers, some of them pi...
You know I was looking at Einstein's law in the past few days and the more I look at it the more I think there's a fundamental flaw in it. I mentioned this to Dr. Nithianada on Friday and he mentioned the fact that some other fellow have the same opinion. Well, I'm going beyond opinion to state a first stab at the solution: The Problem I observe is the "Limiting nature of the equation M = Mo/sqrt((c*c - v*v)) where M is mass at any given velocity v, c is the speed of light and Mo is rest mass. The above preclude any speed greater than the velocity of light! This places an upper bound on every thing in the universe given the inter relationship between mass, energy, speed and time. This if analysed will also place an upper bound on time, and consequently a lower bound. My postulations are these 1. Time has neither a lower nor an upper bound 2. Speed has neither a lower nor an upper bound 3. Temperature has neither a lower nor an upper bound 4. ...
